Boy, I sure wish we could get some updates on the "band"... I have turned like 3 people on to ID since they broke up. It's easy; you put the CD in and press play. Thanks to Joe for tellin' me what's up with his bass. I always hear that quarter when I hear "salvation army"!
I miss you guys !I'm coming to LA for NAMM SHOW again in Jan. I hope to see you guys there again.
Eric Skodis! It has been way too long since we talked! I hope you are well, send me an email when you get a chance. I miss you! xo, Amelia
no, Andy S did NOT burn his face off, and it wasn't coccaine addiction that broke up Jellyfish. it was musical differences, basically. Not much is happening with the band right now since Moog Cookbook just released their new record (which is fa-fuckin-nominal) so Roger out & about promoting that. We saw them play at the Sam Goody at Universal Citywalk on Nov 1 & it was terrific! new spacesuits for the boys & shiny new helmets! check out the new record & if you have the opportunity to see them, don't pass it up! Icky sends his love & as soon as he can get to a computer, I'm certain he'll have much to say. until them, keep posting your messages, I print them out for him so he can read them. (he loves to hear from all of you).
Question: Does anyone else think that "Salvation Army Band" sounds like Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way"
well, icky, i guess by now you know who i am. i hope you're not disappointed, i do love you! :)
"FLASH IN THE PAN, YOU KNOW WAS NEVER QUITE OUR STYLE." GEE GUYS, YOU COULD'VE FOOLED ME!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THESE GUYS START BANDS THAT LAST BEYOND ONLY 1 OR 2 CDS.
