Anyone Know what they are saying towards the end of "Boy or A Girl"? Its sounds like they are saying "Feel me, Heal me, Beep Beep yeah" at least thats what I think they are saying. It's Probaly wrong though. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

We needed to import (and impart) twice the amount of dragon's breath this time! And what, with the new excise tax on dragon's breath, the U.P.S. strike,... I know you're getting sleepy, little dragsters, waiting so long, but doze with one eye open, cause if you miss the return, you'll be kicking yourselves for an eternity. Hey Icky, nice to hear from ya again, yer right there is alot of incoherent stuff on the album too many things to ask what they mean, I guess we should all just listen over and over again as usual and draw our own conclusions, how could the second album POSSIBLY be better than the first? Too cool Im dry with anticipation, however I know itll be worth the wait, Istoppped in a restaurant the other day just because they were playing the album, Nothin' like hearing "Salvation Army Band" on loud speakers. (BIG, HEAVY, SIGH!)...Hi, kids! Icky here. (sigh) I have some really bad news, I'm afraid. This is very sad, so I'll try & get through it without breaking down. I regret to inform you, that as of about a week ago, the group you've come to know & love, Imperial Drag, has ceased to exist. You heard right. We are no longer. I can't go into all the gory details (out of respect to all involved) about how it came about, all I will say is this; because of a decision on Eric Dover's behalf, the remaining members have decided we cannot go on in the situation we were all in. We had been working, on & off, on our new record for the past year, trying to work out our professional & personal differences with Eric, but to no avail. To put it politely, we reached an "irreconcilable difference" between him & the band. Sadly, we realized that it would be completely impossible to go on in the present manner. We bear him no ill-will, and wish him the utmost in good luck & fortune in his musical career, whatever that may be. As for the rest of us (Roger,Joe,& myself), we will continue to write & play together, and are currently looking for a new vocalist/ guitarist/frontman. My heart is extremely heavy right now as I write this to all of you. Just the thought of the passing of this group is devastating to me, as I know it is to all of us. I have actually known about this possibility for some time now, but I've always been quite the optimist & thought it would somehow remedy itself. It didn't. Oh well. We must press on. I only want to say, an enormous "THANK YOU!" to each & every one of you, every fan, every website visitor, every person who attended our shows, everyone who bought the record, all of the friends we've made along the way (you know who you are!), everyone who sent us gifts, cards, etc.,the people we played for all around the world, all the bands(some of whom we've become extremely good friends with) hell...just EVERYONE!!! Special,extra thanks go out to, of course, TIGER, who has a personalized parking space next to GOD for doing this website!, the incredible SATOMI, for the beautiful comix she made (and for being so cool to us whilst in Japan) KENT & CELINA SCALLY, for their tireless work on our fan club & for being so extra cool to us! And last but definately not least, YOU!-& all the amazing people who've written all the incredibly nice stuff to us & about us!-THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! We love you all so much. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's TRUE! We had an amazing year last year-a year I personally will not forget as long as I live. And we're not done yet! Even if (God forbid) we don't form another band, we'll all be doing something just as good, if not better. keep your ears & eyes open. If tiger keeps this site open, I promise I will always keep you all up to date. I promise. Yes this is a very sad thing to happen, but that's life, as they say. Try (as we have to) and look at all the good things that came out of this band. Please don't be too sad. everything happans for a reason. Maybe Eric's new project & our new project will kick even MORE ass than Imperial Drag ("no way!" you say?- did you ever hear of a band like Imperial Drag before we were around?) Who knows? Well, this is a very sad day here at "All Things Imperial". Until I get some other confirmation about this band breakup, I won't say too much except to say that I intend to keep this web site up and running for all eternity. I still have a lot of material to add so there will be updates forthcoming.As for what the future holds? We'll see. I just might need to create new sites for future projects by these folks.
Whatever happens, KEEP ON ROCKING IN THE FREE WORLD!!!

Well, I've now talked to Joe and Eric Skodis and yes, it's true: They broke up.It may be a bit tough to swallow but this is probably the best thing for these _people_. They have their own issues, goals and dreams and they need to do what's right for themselves.
This web site will remain here as long as possible (like maybe forever). I'll try to keep us all up on what the boys are doing, whatever the name of the group might be.

I.D. LUV: I'll try to answer all of your questions as best I can:1. It's not a joke. I wish it was.
2. They will most likely _not_ keep the name of Imperial Drag. The contract was between The WORK Group and Eric Dover/Roger Manning so without _both_ of them, there is no Imperial Drag.
3. The second album will not be released. It was never finished.

I love Imperial Drag, but their fan club sucks bad!!!! They have not done anything they have said they would. But worse news, they broke up! Really they broke up!
Another beautiful thing comes to an end. I want to thank all the guys in the band for giving us these 14 incredible songs and Tiger for this sight. I wish they could have done more but C'est la vie. I'm looking forward to the side projects, who knows maybe we'll get two great bands out of this. Until then, What a bummer! Signed your front row fan of the Salvation Army Band.
